John Davidson is diagnosed with Tourette’s Syndrome at a time when little is understood about the condition. With help from some allies, he seeks out ways to survive in a world that punishes atypicality, paving the way for acceptance and a celebration of neurodivergence in all its forms.

The film will be introduced by artist, writer and activist Jess Thom, co-founder of Touretteshero. There will be a post-screening discussion in the BFI Reuben Library. There will be a 5 minute break before the discussion.
