We regret to say that we cannot provide AD or DS for this screening.
In a decaying Hollywood mansion, ageing former child star ‘Baby Jane’ Hudson and Blanche, her disabled sister, live together in disharmony. Having long been bitter about Blanche’s successful career, a volatile Jane goes to extreme lengths to torment her sibling. What unfolds is a disturbingly dark, yet wickedly comedic staple of camp cinema, exploring themes of jealousy, identity and the pursuit of faded dreams.
The screening will have an introduction by and a post-screening discussion led by filmmaker and Stims Collective co-founder Georgia Kumari Bradburn. There will be a 5 minute break before the discussion.
