Luke, an independent man who has Down’s Syndrome, lives with his mother. When she dies, he loses his independence and moves into a residential home. Determined to take control of his life, Luke begins to foster new relationships within the community as he struggles to maintain his freedom.

Ten years since its original release, this sensitive and nuanced film remains a heartfelt plea for understanding and tolerance. Join Sam Chown Ahern for this special anniversary screening, accompanied with a post screening Q&A with director Jane Gull, writer Duncan Paveling and producer James Rumsey.

Unfortunately there will be no Descriptive Subtitles and Audio Description for this screening.
